Taste Magazine Tops 30,000 Circulation
ACP Magazines’ monthly food title Taste increased its circulation further to 30,022 in the latest Audit Bureau of Circulation results for the period July to December 2007 release today. This is a 4.1% increase year on year.
Launched in August 2005, Taste has delivered consistent circulation growth. Its readership has also increased to 134,000 for the period January to December 2007. ACP Magazines’ Group Publisher Debra Millar said,
“Taste was launched with the promise of delivering a circulation of 30,000 in two years. We have delivered on that promise and expect Taste’s circulation and readership to continue growing.” In addition, the magazine’s companion website, www.taste.co.nz, now has 28,234 unique browsers and is the number one ranked food magazine website in New Zealand.
Millar said the secret to Taste’s success was an understanding of New Zealanders’ cooking habits. “We know our readers love to cook but want achievable and inspiring recipe ideas. Taste delivers recipes that can be whipped together with a minimum of fuss – they’re innovative but not demanding.” Sources:
