No Agreement To Carry Pacific Blue Customers

Media Advisory
15 January 2008

Media Advisory

Air New Zealand would like to clarify for media that there is no agreement in place for Air New Zealand to carry Pacific Blue customers who are stranded by flight delays or cancellations as has happened over the past few weeks.

Air New Zealand operates more than 500 domestic flights each day at high load factors and the airline’s first commitment is to its own customers.

Pacific Blue customers have been carried on Air New Zealand only when Pacific Blue has purchased tickets where they are available, on normal commercial terms for its customers affected by disruption.
