Tv Stars Go Head To Head In The Venus Breeze Volleyball Challenge

New Zealand celebrities Amber Peebles, Brooke Howard-Smith and Pulp Sport stars Bill and Ben will hit the sand in downtown Auckland on Saturday December 8, and display their sporting prowess in an exhibition match where beauty takes on brawn.

The celeb ‘couples’ will compete in a beach volleyball duel at Te Wero Island, Viaduct Harbour, at 12:30pm as part of the Venus Breeze Volleyball Challenge.

Bill and Ben are particularly confident about the match-up saying, “When it comes down to it, it’s us against two girls. We’re starting to see the effects of our intensive training regime, and we’re planning on using our Venus Breeze before the match to ensure friction doesn’t let us down on the day,” says Ben.

The girls beach volleyball tournament has been organised by Gillette to mark the launch of its newest shave system, Venus Breeze. MCed by TV personality Carolyn Taylor, the inaugural tournament is expected to attract hundreds of spectators and participants to the Viaduct Harbour.
