Exposing Unacceptable Financial Advice
EUFA has
gained great momentum with the media coverage since it was
launched in September.
On Thursday 25 October 2007 after the planned Bridgecorp meeting, EUFA will have its inaugural meeting as a new Incorporated Society.
Very skilled people
are willing to put their time into working voluntarily
towards the organisations goals and aspirations. It may
well be that the goals are extended as we learn more of the
size of the problems associated to the financial
collapse.
A meeting is being planned for mid
Nov with the Minsiter of Economic Developement after an
invitation from her when she learnt of the goals of the
organisation.
Also Financial Advisors who have
blatantly misled investors can be concerned as lawyers
throughout New Zealand begin group type actions. EUFA
hopes to be able to work along side the Law firms taking
these cases on.
Financial Advisors who have acted within the industry practices probably have little to worry about although they are all suffering from the advisors who have acted unprofessionally.
Many Bridgecorp investors are calling for action against the company as well as their advisors. It also appears that people who invested directly are suffering with a similar amount of grief as those who went to their Financial Advisors.
It is obviously the situation is a two-gilded sword
