Harcourts Team Launches
Property Management Division
One of Harcourts’
longest standing business partnerships of Kevin McKay and
David Johnson has teamed up with successful independent
business owner, Bruce Pyott to launch a new dedicated
Harcourts property management office in Hornby,
Christchurch.
Mr McKay and Mr Johnson have three real estate offices in Hornby, Barrington and Halswell focusing on residential, country/lifestyle and commercial sales, with the new property management office also in Hornby as a joint venture with Bruce Pyott who has rebranded his independent business.
With now over 300 properties being managed by a team of five, Mr Pyott has built up his business through reputation and referral since launching it as ‘Intotal Property Management’ in 1999. Despite having been approached by many real estate brands, his operation remained independent until meeting with McKay and Johnson whose business model he described as being aligned with his own with “principles and commitment and a straight forward approach to being an excellent service provider. Harcourts’ branding and presence also enhances our business by providing another source of confidence for our clients.”
Mr McKay said the new office “completes the cycle of service for our clients.” He added, “For many years we have had requests for property management services and with Bruce operating a high quality business in our area complementary to ours, the new joint venture has generated a lot of positive feedback from our clients as well as bringing in a lot of new business.”
CEO of Harcourts New
Zealand, Bryan Thomson, said, “The provision of a seamless
service to our clients is a critical focus within our growth
plans. In today’s busy life the ability for our clients
to access the full range of services with regard to their
property transactions is a massive advantage we offer.
Kevin and David’s expansion of their existing suite of
services takes an already highly respected business to
another level due to partnering with the equally respected
Bruce Pyott and team who are warmly welcomed to
Harcourts.”
