High Profile VIP Buyer Set to Descend on Air New Zealand Fashion Week
Prominent US buyer Phil Holcombe will be bringing his expert eye for fashion to Air New Zealand Fashion Week 2007.
As Vice President of The Holcombe Group Inc., Mr Holcombe is the face of a broad range of services to businesses in the apparel, footwear and sporting goods industries.
Started in 2006, The Holcombe Group is a new company with an impressive network of approximately 100 sales agents around the country and in various states nationwide. The company works closely with advertising and public relations agencies and provides a range of third-party logistics services.
These services include advising entrepreneurs on the startup and development of a business, assisting existing businesses grow to their maximum potential, and the provision of 3PL services such as front-end services of product design and development, along with brand creation, sourcing, marketing, advertising and sales.
Customer service and call centre operations, warehousing and shipping to client customers are also services provided by The Holcombe Group. These services are provided to wholesale and retail clients, including catalogue and internet businesses.
Pieter Stewart, Managing Director of Air New Zealand Fashion Week, says Mr Holcombe brings a wealth of experience to the event.

Taiwan media include We People and Taiwan Vogue, Collezioni is coming from Italy and French ELLE and ELLE Canada coming from their respective countries. Dazed & Confused is bringing both its UK and Australian editions and L’Officiel will be attending from India.
Australian media include Ragtrader Magazine, Lino Magazine, Yen, Pages Online, FASHIONTREND, The Australian and the Sunday Telegraph’s Sunday Magazine.
As the regional home to Air New Zealand Fashion Week and Strategic Partner for the 2007 event, Auckland City Council is a longstanding supporter of the city’s creative industries and has sponsored Air New Zealand Fashion Week from its inception.
