The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of ZESPRI Group Limited will be held at Baycourt Auditorium, Durham Street, Tauranga on Tuesday 17 July 2007 at 1.00pm.

A media release will be distributed on the day after the AGM announcing key messages and director election outcomes.
