Zenago Ltd announces acquisition of Vision Online
Zenago Limited announces that, effective 2 July 2007, it will be acquiring Vision Online Limited.
This acquisition reflects Zenago’s strategy of growth and the goal of becoming the number one web development and customized internet solutions company in New Zealand.
“We’ve been looking into acquisitions for some time now,” says Kevin Warwood, General Manager of Zenago.
“We’ve been in the web development space for seven years and it’s the right time to expand our operations.
“Zenago has the structure and support systems necessary for growth. This acquisition gives us an opportunity and is a logical extension of what we do today.”
Zenago Ltd is a Kiwi owned and operated company that works in the web development and software sectors.
They have been in operation for seven years and have a strong base of clients from Dunedin to Auckland and Sydney.
The acquisition will see Vision Online become fully immersed by Zenago Ltd.
Vision Online will be working closely with Zenago in the transition period to ensure a smooth client transfer to the Zenago network.
Jody Jelas, founder of Vision Online, will be transferring into a Business Development role with Zenago.
“Basically, very little will change in the day-to-day management of Vision Online clients,” says Jody Jelas.
“Zenago understands Vision Online’s business and is dedicated to pursuing its continued growth.
“It’s an excellent company that has a strong vision for Vision Online and its clients.
“Just as importantly, Zenago’s purchase of Vision Online ensures that this company remains Kiwi owned and operated.”
Zenago has plans to offer innovative opportunities to their incoming clients, broad industry knowledge and sound technical systems.
