Sealink Offers A "Half Price" Deal
SeaLink has announced a fantastic half price car travel deal to Waiheke Island, making for an attractive and affordable mid-winter break.
The special offer of half price car travel is valid for travel on Saturdays and Sundays between 09 June and 22 July as long as a standard adult return fare ($28.50) is purchased. The offer is valid for travel on the luxurious Seacat from Half Moon Bay, or on the weekend service from Auckland city.
"Waiheke Island offers the perfect winter retreat. It's easy to reach and there are no nasty traffic jams," said Donna Gauci, General Manager for SeaLink. "We hope that this offer will encourage more people to visit Waiheke and experience firsthand how easy it is to travel with SeaLink by car."
SeaLink's drive-on drive-off ferry service is a convenient option for Aucklanders who want to travel with ease to Waiheke Island, particularly since the introduction of their popular service from the city. Travelling with SeaLink means minimum fuss in terms of baggage and parking, not to mention the flexibility and the comfort of your own familiar car once you get there.
With great restaurants, vineyards and activities Waiheke Island is so convenient - the perfect haven to escape to during the colder winter months.
