Outstanding real estate professional Shaun Cosgrave of Harcourts Hamilton Glenview was announced yesterday as Harcourts Central Region's Top Sales Consultant, making it four years in a row.
With a stellar career covering 12 years in the industry, Mr Cosgrave has also been Harcourts New Zealand’s Number One sales consultant for the last three years and achieved Supreme Winner in the Real Estate Institute’s Central Region (Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne) Salesperson of the Year Award a remarkable six times. Earlier this year he also achieved a new personal best as the first Harcourts consultant to reach the milestone of managing the sale of $425 million dollars worth of property.
CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson, praised Mr Cosgrave for his strong commitment to his home town of Hamilton which was reflected in his huge volume of repeat and referral business. “As well as being renowned for successfully marketing as many as 100 property listings at any one time, Shaun has a total client commitment and outstanding people skills. The Second and Third top Sales Consultant awards for Harcourts’ Central Region (which covers Hamilton, Coromandel, Tauranga, Rotorua, Gisborne, Whakatane) went to David Marshall from Harcourts Whakatane and Carol McAleese from Harcourts Marine Parade (Mt Maunganui).
This was the first of the four regional awards held around the country this week prior to the highly anticipated National Awards at Harcourts’ Annual Conference in Auckland 28-30 May where the Top National Sales Consultant will be announced in front of around 1,000 Harcourts delegates. As part of the Black Tie Awards Event, an announcement will also be made about which New Zealand sales consultants achieved a Top 20 placing throughout Harcourts’ network of over 400 offices Australasian wide.
