New Senior Appointments At Harveys Continue Strong Growth
Business Development Manager, Lauren Bullen
Real Estate leader Harveys (NZ) has made two senior appointments as it looks to further strengthen its position as the complete real estate solutions provider.
Harveys has appointed Tony Loughran (Auckland) and Lauren Bullen (Wellington) as Business Development Managers to grow the Harveys network across the North Island. Both have extensive real estate experience at management, sales and auction level.
Loughran, who has worked at Bayleys where he was one of three national auctioneers, and more recently Harcourts, says he was attracted to Harveys by “the refreshing and enlightened approach of directors Ross Hunter and Ross Barraclough. Their flat-management style, and the way they empower their people is a model others in this business should adopt if they want to succeed.
“I am hugely impressed by the Harveys experience and look forward to helping grow the brand in the wider Auckland region, and beyond,” he says.
Bullen, who has a Diploma in Business Studies (real estate) and AREINZ qualifications, has more than 20 years of property experience in the Wellington region, across property management, sales and branch management level. She has also been an auctioneer for 14 years.
She is looking forward to “making Harveys the real estate business of choice for both vendors of property and new sales people seeking a career change. I like working with people to help them achieve the best result,” she says.
Director, Ross Barraclough says the new appointments demonstrate Harveys commitment to continue to provide real estate innovation and growth opportunities in the two regions. “We are confident Tony and Lauren will build on the strong foundation Harveys has established across the North Island,” he says, “and that they will play a significant part in helping us grow the Harveys brand.”
