AgriQuality Places Experienced Primary Industry Leader at the Helm
AgriQuality is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Egan as Chief Executive Officer, effective 10 April 2007.
Mr Egan will succeed AgriQuality’s long-serving CEO John Morgan, who left the Company in November last year to pursue
private business interests. Mr Morgan had been CEO for seven years, since AgriQuality’s inception in 1999.
Tony Egan is currently Chief Executive of Affco Holdings with 14 years experience in the meat industry and a broad
overview of the primary sector. Tony has also held a number of directorships and is a member of the Meat Industry
Council.
AgriQuality’s Chairman Rakihia Tau, said the Board was delighted its global recruitment efforts have lead to the
recruitment of such an experienced and highly-regarded chief executive to lead the next phase of the Company’s
development.
