Innovative approach to sharing and receiving content sets NZLive.com apart from other finalists. Thursday 23 November 2006 This years judges for the TUANZ Business Internet Awards selected The Ministry for Culture and Heritage’s web site NZlive.com as the winner of the information category.
“It’s really encouraging to see some recognition for local Web 2.0 initiatives, and providers of such valuable cultural content” says Nathan Donaldson from Boost New Media, a fellow information category finalist. The winners were announced at a cocktail function at the Renouf Foyer, Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington on Tuesday 21 November.
“I think this reflects a coming of age for the industry, and for the provision of digital content - we offer a hearty congratulations to the Ministry of Culture and
Heritage and its development partners for their win.” says Donaldson. The awards are an annual event recognising and encouraging excellence in New Zealand's interactive industry.
