Coopers Creek Win 3 Gold Medals

Coopers Creek Win 3 Gold Medals @ Air New Zealand Wine Awards 2006
Coopers Creek have again performed very well at the Air New Zealand Wine Awards with 3 gold, 4 silver and 13 bronze medals.
Particularly pleasing is the gold medal awarded to a wine under the brand new “Select Vineyards” label which was released in September.
The wine, Coopers Creek SV Marlborough Pinot Gris “The Pointer” 2006 was one of only six Pinot Gris wines to be awarded Gold Medal status.
In all Coopers Creek were awarded 20 medals from 25 entries.
This tally represents an 80% medal success of the wines entered compared with the 54% average for the whole show.
The awards were as follows;
