EPI Internet Direct had spent years searching for an automated provisioning system to suit their business until they discovered Cortex. “With Cortex, I can see that we could now double or triple the number of customers we provision – or more, with no real increase in support staff
requirements.” Ross Chappell, Partner, EPI Internet Direct. (Click here for full case study) EMS-Cortex's worldwide appeal was also reinforced these last few weeks, when it hold a Microsoft seminar in Brussels inviting potential customers from the Benelux on September 25 th ; and when it hold a webinar on October 5 th in partnership with WHIR, one of the media leaders in the web hosting industry. Those two events covered a wide range of topics including growth opportunities for hosting providers through deploying high-value services based on Microsoft communication and collaboration technologies.
