NZCC Investigation
Air New Zealand advises that the Commerce Commission visited its offices in Auckland on Wednesday and Thursday this week as part of an ongoing investigation.
The investigation relates to a small part of the company’s business since before 2001.
The investigation is being conducted on a fully co-operative basis and Air New Zealand is satisfied that it has provided or agreed to provide all information requested.
Although it is not appropriate to comment on the subject of the investigation, Air New Zealand believes at this point that it will not prove to have financial implications for the Company.
Air New Zealand will be making no further comment on this matter.
