A New and Innovative Solution for Shoe Storage

Auckland, 15 September: New Zealand furniture leader, Criterion Group, has developed the perfect solution to store shoes and free up floor space.

A unique storage cabinet stacks shoes neatly into rows inside an easy opening compact cupboard. It can hold up to 24 pairs of shoes, removing the cluttered appearance. Once the doors of the two-door cabinet are closed, it assumes a clean and functional furniture accessory, which should appeal to cleanliness conscious consumers.

The cabinet measures less than 80cm wide, 30cm deep and 90cm high, which makes it small enough to store in a bedroom corner or tucked away in a walk-in-wardrobe. Its white paint finish also provides a clean look that will match any décor.

“We have developed a product that is not only easy and convenient to use, but that also looks stylish and could suit any home,” says Criterion New Zealand Marketing Manager, Tom Macky. “It will have wide appeal for storage of shoes at the back door, the bedroom or garage.”

Criterion is a recognised as the leader in the design and innovation of furniture, both at home and abroad. This new shoe storage cabinet continues that trend.

With its clean white finish, the GA120 Shoe Storage Cabinet retails at $229 and is available from Mitre 10 retailers throughout New Zealand.
