VoSKY™ Exchange - the World’s First Skype Solution for Business enters the Australian and New Zealand Markets
Melbourne (23 August 2006) — IW Distribution announced today the signing of an exclusive representation agreement with
Infoaction covering the Australia and New Zealand markets. Under the agreement, IW Distribution will represent and
promote the full range of Skype certified products from VoSKY in Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to already launched Skype products (Chatterbox and USB Phone) IW Distribution will now launch additional
Skype certified solutions including VoSKY Exchange, the world’s first Skype certified solution for business, and VoSKY
Call Centre, a fully Skype certified ATA.
Businesses can now take advantage of Skype's very low cost call rates with the VoSKY Exchange which allows Skype's
Internet telephony service to be used in an office environment. VoSKY Exchange connects to a PBX and to the broadband
connection and enables every phone extension in the office to make and receive Skype calls without any changes to
existing PBX equipment, phones or user PCs, yielding major savings on calls.
Designed for businesses of 10 to 300 employees, VoSKY Exchange plugs into the PBX on one end and a Windows XP computer
on the other. It adds up to four Skype lines to the PBX, with rollover capabilities in the event that one Skype line is
busy. Until now, Skype has offered major cost savings and convenience for consumers, but businesses have not been able
to leverage Skype's capabilities.

The VoSKY Call Centre is a fully Skype certified ATA which allows the user to make or receive Skype calls from any
handset in the house or office. Further a user can route calls from the Call Centre to their mobile phone and vice
versa, enabling Skype subscribers to use their cell phones to talk to their Skype buddies, or to non-Skype users
anywhere in the world for the cost of a local mobile call.
