The recent Real Estate Market (REM) report released by Nielsen//NetRatings, shows that 86% of New Zealanders in the
survey, rate the internet as the best tool for real estate research.
Trademe.co.nz/property continues to lead the online Real Estate category, with 75% of New Zealanders satisfied with the
functionality of the trademe.co.nz/property site, according to the REM report.
More females (59%) visited this category last week, with 37% of the visitors coming from the Auckland Region. Trends
from the Nielsen//NetRatings' Market Intelligence service show that visitors from the Auckland Region are more likely to
