Gough Group re-signs TelstraClear
The Gough Group has re-signed its telecommunications business to TelstraClear in a three year multi-million dollar deal.
The contract includes voice, data, Internet and managed WAN and LAN infrastructures. The solution replaces existing Alcatel equipment with a fully converged Cisco-Avvid solution.
TelstraClear Chief Executive Dr Allan Freeth, welcomes the continued journey with the Gough Group.
“We’ve been working with the Gough Group since 1997, and today our relationship allows us to provide a single point of contact for most of their telecommunications needs,” says Dr Freeth.
Gough Group’s Managing Director Brian Hogan says TelstraClear offered an innovative solution, streamlined service and competitive pricing.
“Reviewing our contract and what’s available in the market has cemented the relationship with TelstraClear. In addition, our history with TelstraClear means they understand what we do and offer solutions to fit our evolving business,” says Mr Hogan.
TelstraClear will provide communication solutions to the Gough Group’s 34 New Zealand offices and eight Australian offices. The Gough Group is the New Zealand agent for the premium Caterpillar brand and their head office is based in Christchurch.
