Barfoot & Thompson Revamps 'Gallery'- Premium property portfolio bigger, better, more frequent -
Auckland's leading real estate company, Barfoot & Thompson, has revamped its Gallery magazine to make it even more useful and accessible to vendors selling premium Auckland and Northland homes.
Gallery is a glossy, high quality publication which showcases some of the finest residential homes currently being offered for sale. While it's a marketing tool first and foremost, the beautiful colour photography and full page layouts featuring some of the most sumptuous homes in Auckland have also always made Gallery a popular choice for browsing and coffee table display.
Barfoot & Thompson Director, Peter Thompson, says "We've sold many a top end property over the years to buyers who weren't even 'in the market' but spotted their dream home in Gallery. Even I bought my current home after seeing it in Gallery!"
"From this month onwards, Gallery readers will be able to enjoy viewing our portfolio of fine homes on a more frequent basis with our move to bi-monthly production. This will keep pace with the fast moving Auckland and Northland real estate markets and better fit the normal marketing and sales cycles for these homes."
Gallery will also be expanding to include more premium properties in each edition and it will move to a standard A4 sized format, making it more convenient to mail to Barfoot & Thompson's extensive database of premium vendors, buyers, and other high net worth individuals.
Vendors who elect to showcase their quality home in Gallery will now be offered a highly competitive advertising rate and will also be able to take advantage of special advertising deals offering substantial savings on placements in the NZ Herald, Herald On Sunday and Property Press, making this a very cost effective package for promoting high end properties.
Gallery magazine is available from Barfoot & Thompson branches and when the next issue is released a downloadable e-book version will be available at www.barfoot.co.nz .
