New Director for Port Nelson
Port Nelson Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Schuyt as a director of the port company. Mr Schuyt replaces Mr Bruce Hancox who has recently resigned after serving as a director since 1995.
Mr Schuyt, currently Chief Financial Officer at New Zealand Post Group and previously CFO at the former NZ Dairy Board brings to the Port Nelson board significant finance skills and experience, having been associated with large diverse New Zealand Corporates.
PNL Chairman Nick Patterson said Mr Schuyt was based in Wellington, and would bring a view from outside the region to augment that of the remaining directors, all based locally.
The Port Nelson board would also like to publicly thank and acknowledge the efforts of Mr Hancox during his tenure and wish him and his family well in their new chosen home of Sydney.
