OceanaGold Appoints Corporate Exploration Manager
OceanaGold is pleased to announce that Michael Roache has been appointed to the position of Corporate Exploration Manager.
Michael is a geologist with over 22 years experience in the mining industry. He has held senior exploration and development roles with both domestic and internationally listed companies, including Metex Resources, AngloGold and Delta Gold. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy (Economic Geology).
Michael will be responsible for the development and execution of Oceana Gold’s exploration strategy. In addition, he will have primary responsibility for new project generation to grow the Company’s asset base beyond New Zealand.
