The kiwi dollar has lost another 2 cents against the greenback over the past week while remaining unchanged against an Australian currency which has also fallen over the week. Wholesale fixed interest rates have crept down slightly in spite of the weakening currency with the markets fixated on the slowing rate of growth in our economy. Data due out tomorrow are expected to confirm continuing slow growth of just 0.3% during the December quarter.
