ANZ BUSINESS CENTRE :

Cost: Free to all exhibitors and their trade visitors

ANZ is delighted to support the inaugural Pacific Trade Expo to promote trade between New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. ANZ is the leading bank in the Pacific, with ANZ branches in 10 countries across the Pacific region.

The ANZ Business Centre provides business support for exhibitors and trade guests during the Expo. It comprises a fully equipped communications centre, including laptops with internet connection, a business lounge and private meeting rooms. Light refreshments will be available. ANZ Relationship Managers and specialists in International Trade and Foreign Exchange will offer their expertise to all exhibitors and trade guests.

A New Zealand Trade and Enterprise strategic overview presented by Peter Hobbs, International Market Manager, Australia and the Pacific, followed by a presentation by Michael Greenslade, New Zealand Trade Commissioner, Suva on current business activities and trends in the Pacific region.

This event is free to all exhibitors and trade delegates.

“Game On” – Lifting your game in business, is a series of workshops kicking off the inaugural Pacific Trade Expo in Auckland from 13-14 March, 2006.

The one day workshops are geared towards up-skilling and giving specialist professional advice in various aspects of business ranging from marketing to exporting, investment and e-commerce.


A luncheon event will also provide a discussion forum for Expo exhibitors and visitors to meet and network in a relaxed environment.

Thrive Pasifika is an event showcasing Pacific peoples who have achieved success locally and internationally. It is an action packed one day event designed to inspire and motivate participants. Throughout the day eight keynote speakers will speak about their own experiences and how they were daring enough to prosper.
