King Kong Comes to Life on the Mobile Screen

King Kong Comes to Life on the Mobile Screen

Telecom Mobile customers will get a sneak preview of Skull Island this
Christmas.

Through an agreement with Universal Studios Consumer Products Group and
Gameloft, Telecom 027 customers with compatible handsets can exclusively
purchase and download King Kong: The Official Mobile Game of the Movie,
from 1 December until the end of January 2006.

Universal Pictures’ King Kong, from three-time Academy Award® winner Peter
Jackson (The Lord of the Rings trilogy), will be in cinemas on 14
December.

Telecom’s head of mobile marketing, Kevin Bowler, says the King Kong game
has everybody talking with its “sensational” graphics.

“It takes mobile games to a whole new level, and will really make King
Kong come to life for Telecom customers.”

Along with the game, other mobile content from the King Kong motion
picture is available exclusively to Telecom 027 customers from 1 November
until the end of January 2006. The content includes caller tunes, ring
tones, alert tones, wallpapers, animated screen savers, and video clips of
the King Kong movie trailer.

As an extra bonus, any new Go Prepaid Mates Rates mobiles purchased from 1
November to 24 December will also come with $50 preloaded airtime credit
free.
