Workers at Carters Manufacturing Take Further Action

Around 35 workers at Carters Manufacturing East Tamaki and Rotorua are taking industrial action today as they fight for a Fair Share. There has been a breakdown in negotiations with the National Distribution Union as the company will not come to the party with 5%. This is the 3rd day of rolling stoppages at Carters Manufacturing.

Jim Jones, Wood Sector Secretary said that the action is part of the nationwide campaign to get Carter Holt Harvey to pay all its workers fair and square.
