Richard Quinn Joins DTZ Hotel, Hospitality & Tourism
Richard Quinn has joined DTZ Auckland's Hotel, Hospitality & Tourism team to act as an agent for the sale of licensed premises and also as a specialist solution provider and trouble-shooter for the hotel and hospitality industry. Quinn will provide fast, in depth analyses for any business facing challenges including an assessment of the overall viability of the operation, the nature of the difficulty - whether it be management or market driven - including a full report detailing options for reviving or exiting the business should this be appropriate.
A veteran publican with 16 years experience, Quinn has specialised in buying hotels and taverns, typically businesses in crisis, regenerating them and turning them into viable concerns. His successes include the Lighthouse Tavern, Mako and Salty's Taverns in Paihia; Tikipunga Tavern in Whangerei and the Whakatane Commercial Hotel.
