Make it Two Years in a Row at Annual National Awards
1 June 2005
Suzanne Roberts of Harcourts’ Kaiapoi office just North of Christchurch has achieved the award as Harcourts’ Top National Rural Sales Consultant for 2004-2005, also achieving an outstanding Number 10 out of Harcourts’ 1,800 Sales Consultants nationwide.
The announcement was made Wednesday 25 May at the black tie Awards Dinner concluding Harcourts' annual three day Conference in Sky City Auckland with close to 1,000 attending.
Second and Third Top Rural Sales Consultant Awards went to Simon Spiller of Harcourts Kumeu and Grant Lange of Harcourts Avonhead, Christchurch respectively. Quite a unique outcome, this was almost a repeat performance for the Top Three who at last year’s awards saw Grant Lange as No. 1, Simon Spiller No. 2, and Suzanne Roberts No. 3.
CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson, said, “Success in rural real estate sales comes from superb product knowledge and an innate ability to relate to all types of people, from lifestyle block owners through to farmers selling property which has been in their families for generations.”
He described Ms Roberts as “an individual who has learnt her trade through tough markets and is now at the top of her specialist field. Her commitment is rewarded with recommendations from her many satisfied clients which is perhaps the highest accolade possible. We are very proud to have Sue as our rural/lifestyle champion this year.”
Mr Thomson went on to note that with close to 170 rural
and lifestyle specialists in the team from as far South as
Invercargill and as far North as Mangonui, Harcourts had a
very real commitment to servicing the broad needs of the
rural market and continuing to grow its rural marketshare.
