Top Hamilton Real Estate Figure Does It Again at Harcourts’ Central Region Awards

Outstanding real estate professional Shaun Cosgrave of Harcourts’ Hamilton - Glenview office was announced yesterday afternoon as Harcourts Central Region's Top Sales Consultant for the 2004-2005 financial year, making it two years in a row.

The second and third top Sales Consultant awards for the Region this year went to Willie Vermeulen from Harcourts Tauranga Central, and Annette Weir from Harcourts Hamilton Chartwell.

The awards ceremony was the final of four regional awards held around the country in the last ten days as a build-up to the highly anticipated National Awards to be announced at Harcourts’ annual Conference in Auckland 23-25 May.

Mr Thomson said, “Shaun achieved No. 1 for Harcourts New Zealand at last year’s National Awards ceremony, and with so many of our team having enjoyed another exceptional year with record achievements, there’s a lot of anticipation as to who will be announced No. 1 for Harcourts New Zealand at this year’s National Awards.
