Network Communications not involved in Rebranding

Network Communications not involved in Hockey Rebranding

A report in today's NZ Herald appears to suggest that Network Communications was involved in the rebranding of New Zealand Hockey announced yesterday. The question was also raised by Martin Devlin on his radio show as to whether Network Communications was paid $100,000 for the rebranding.

Network Executive Director Geoff Henley wishes to make it quite clear to all media that Network was not involved in any way, shape or form. Network has never undertaken work for NZ Hockey, although Geoff Henley has done some work in a private capacity during the 1990s, but has had no personal involvement for at least five years.

Network is pleased to see the Hockey New Zealand is actively looking to promote what is an exciting and growing sport and wishes them well for the future.
