Barfoot & Thompson Opens Its Doors In Titirangi
Barfoot & Thompson has strengthened its presence in West Auckland with the opening of a Titirangi branch.
The Titirangi branch, which opened for business at the beginning of the month, will be managed by Barbara Smith formerly of Barfoot & Thompson’s Mt Eden branch.
Barbara reports strong interest from buyers both local and international.
“Since opening we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the number of enquiries that we’ve had from Aucklanders considering moving to Titirangi, as well as international buyers. They’re curious to know what they can get for their money in the Titirangi area. The local property scene is certainly very buoyant.”
Barfoot & Thompson Director Peter Thompson says the company has been interested in establishing a presence in Titirangi for several years.
“It can be difficult to secure good commercial premises in the small Titirangi village, so when an opportunity presented itself we didn’t have to think twice.”
The new Titirangi branch brings the Barfoot & Thompson network to 60 and complements the existing West Auckland line up of Blockhouse Bay, Glen Eden, New Lynn, Te Atatu, Henderson & West Harbour.
