New Appointments At Barfoot & Thompson

Auckland’s leading real estate agency, Barfoot & Thompson, has appointed Sophie Perham as Marketing Manager. Sophie joins the company with 10 years practical marketing experience mixed with recent training in the field of interior design.

Sophie says “I have a passion for the property industry and this role is the perfect opportunity for me to combine my interest in houses with my skills and experience in marketing.”

Barfoot & Thompson has also appointed two new branch managers. Epsom salesperson Peter Ladd will take over the Branch Manager role at Otahuhu. Peter has more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry and has enjoyed a very successful sales career.

Also stepping up to branch management is Mt Eden salesperson Barbara Smith. She will be the first manager of Barfoot & Thompson’s new Titirangi branch, which will open for business at the beginning of April.

Meanwhile, Kiri Barfoot will be taking up a permanent position as Branch Manager at Highland Park. Kiri has been acting as a relief manager since returning from maternity leave. She has previously managed the Waiuku and Otahuhu branches.

Other movements include Steve Maserow moving from Pakuranga to replace Howick Branch Manager Gary Bates who is retiring; and Tim Irvine moving from Otahuhu to manage the Pakuranga branch.
