Regional strength in Business NZ Council

The Business NZ Council has announced the re-election of Terry Arnold as President, following its Annual General Meeting this week.

Rodger Kerr-Newell was re-elected Vice President.

Stephen Collins was also elected Vice President.

Business NZ Chief Executive Phil O'Reilly welcomed the continuing commitment to the organisation by business practitioners from many New Zealand companies, and in particular the regional strength with both North and South Island representation now heading the Council.

Mr Arnold is Manager Industry and Employment Affairs, Air New Zealand Ltd (Auckland).

Mr Kerr-Newell is Chief Executive, New Plymouth District Council (Taranaki).

Mr Collins is Chairman, Harcourts International Ltd (Canterbury).

The full Council membership will be voted on next month.
