Despatch of Takeover Offer
Prime Infrastructure Networks (New Zealand) Limited ("PINNZ") last night announced that the Takeover Offer ("Offer") to
all Powerco Limited ("Powerco") shareholders and Capital Bondholders was despatched today, with the offer period having
commenced on 4 October.
