Cannex Offers Consumers Something For Nothing

Cannex Offers Consumers Something For Nothing

Interest rates are rising. Consumers need to know the best deal for their mortgages. For consumers to gather mountains of information and make nervous decisions about which mortgage product offers the best value for money is an extremely difficult task. Shopping around is a time consuming task. CANNEX has made that task one step easier by identifying the best value products on the market

CANNEX Mortgage star ratings™ identifies the best-of- breed for consumers, regardless of whether it is an owner occupied, residential investment or line of credit mortgage. The ratings based on a balance of rates and features identify overall an “excellent” value mortgage. For full results, check out the CANNEX website. The Best Performing Institutions

ANZ & Westpac performed very well in the most recent CANNEX mortgage star ratings™ analysis. Westpac received five stars in all three categories, Owner Occupied, Residential Investment and Equity or Line of Credit Mortgages. ANZ received five stars in Owner Occupied and Residential Investments. BNZ received five stars in Line of Credit Mortgages. So how can the star ratings be used?

Consumers can use the different categories and compare with their own financial circumstances. If for example, you would like to take out a mortgage for the home you live in or are about to live in them look at the Owner Occupied category. Similarly if you have purchased a house to rent then the Residential Investment section would be the way to go.

For consumers, CANNEX mortgage star ratings™ means access to an easy measure of a product’s value before making the final decision to sign for a loan. CANNEX mortgage star ratings™ will be used as a guide for smart Kiwis looking for the mortgage which best suits them.
