Top Local Identity and Major Brand Join Forces

Born and bred and committed to his community, one of Blockhouse Bay’s top identities, Robin Cross has re-opened his well-known and successful real estate office under Harcourts colours this month.

With 16 years in the business, Mr Cross said the real estate industry was progressing so quickly that it was important to be part of a dynamic organisation to ensure his office continued to provide exemplary service at a level his clients required.

“We had to be with a company which was moving quickly with the times and was innovative. We believe Harcourts has the best training, systems, and communication set-up.”

CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson, said Harcourts had a commitment to grow its marketshare in the strategically important Auckland city and “we are delighted to welcome the highly experienced and respected Robin Cross and his team to our brand.”

Mr Thomson added, “Blockhouse Bay is a strong family-orientated community and it was important for Harcourts to have an office there operated by someone who is not only highly regarded by the real estate industry, but played a significant role as an individual and with his team in this community. We know Mr Cross had a number of options with regard to rebranding and we’re very proud that he selected the Harcourts Group.”
