Bosch Ovens Set New Standards In Cooking
Bosch is heating things up in the kitchen with an entire new range of highly featured ovens. With superior functionality, effortless cleaning, larger cooking capacity, and sophisticated European design, Bosch has again raised the bar on oven technology.
Australasian kitchen trends, as well as the expectations and needs of consumers, have driven the development of the new oven range. Bosch has created three new categories of ovens designed to suit the various needs of consumers: Classic, Lifestyle and Premium.
The new ovens boast innovative features such as Bosch's new Eco-clean self-cleaning system, automatic cooking functions, and safety devices to make cooking easier than ever before.
According to Paul Ravlich, General Manager of Bosch Household Appliances, an oven that is simple to use, highly featured to minimise cooking and cleaning time, and will enhance the overall look of the kitchen, is what the consumer of today is looking for. "The new range of ovens meets the ever changing needs of our customers," said Ravlich. "We have designed ovens that make cooking the pleasure it should be."
Hours of tedious cleaning with harsh chemical cleaning products and elbow grease will now be a thing of the past. Bosch's revolutionary, patented, self-cleaning system, Eco-clean, is included with every Bosch oven. Eco-clean substantially reduces odours and leaves the oven looking like new, each time you cook. Unlike the catalytic self-cleaning system that ultimately needed to be replaced, Eco-clean will remain operational for the entire life of the appliance.
Bosch makes cooking seem so easy as the new range of ovens have myriad in-built functions to prepare various types of meals. In the Premium range, selected ovens feature clear text display and 26 automatic cooking functions, so spoiling a meal is more of a challenge than actually cooking it to perfection!
As safety is important in the kitchen, Bosch has integrated safety devices into the new Classic, Lifestyle and Premium ovens. The child lock on the oven door disables the oven so that a child can't accidentally turn it on. A quadruple-glazed glass door in all Lifestyle and Premium single ovens ensures heat is kept inside the oven and the outside is not too hot to touch.
The new oven range forms the basis of the next cycle of Bosch thermal cooking products available in Australia and New Zealand. To complement the oven range, new ceramic cooktops, induction cooktops and rangehoods will be introduced throughout 2004.
Recommended retail prices for the new ovens range from $1799 - $3899
