Lifestyle Specialists Pick Up Harcourts’ Top Rural Awards
20 May 2004
Grant Lange of Harcourts’ Avonhead office in Christchurch has made it to the Number 1 award as Harcourts’ Top National Rural Sales Consultant for 2003-2004, also achieving Number 19 out of Harcourts’ 1,650 Sales Consultants nationwide.
The announcement was made last night at the black tie Awards Dinner concluding Harcourts' annual three day Conference, which was believed to be New Zealand’s largest ever real estate Conference with over 1,100 attending.
Second and Third Top Rural Sales Consultant Awards went to Simon Spiller of Harcourts Kumeu and Suzanne Roberts of Harcourts Kaiapoi respectively.
CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson, described Grant as “a consummate professional who has brought skills and systems from a previous career and coupled them with a massive knowledge in his specialist field.”
“The fact that Grant was also one of Harcourts’ Top 20 National Sales Consultants nationwide reflects the huge contribution the Rural Team makes to Harcourts as we continue to look at growing our numbers and professionalism in all sectors of the market.”
Mr Thomson went on to note that it was highly significant that Harcourts’ Top Three Rural Sales Consultants all specialised in the lifestyle market, reflecting the very real importance of this sector throughout the country to both Harcourts and the real estate industry in general.
