Five in a Row for Canterbury’s
Top Real Estate Personality
Focus, commitment and a huge capacity for work have again been a winning combination for renowned real estate figure, Alison Aitken from the Grenadier Christchurch City office, who this morning took the award for Harcourts Canterbury's No. 1 Sales Consultant for the fifth year in a row.
The 2003-2004 end of year awards were held in the Convention Centre this morning with over 500 Harcourts team members in attendance. Announced second and third were Mark O’Loughlin from Harcourts Papanui and Sara Ashcroft from Harcourts Fendalton.
Alison Aitken said the key to her ongoing success was due to the backup of her very good team, the commitment of Harcourts’ business owners, and the strength of the entire Harcourts network which provided so many advantages to both the public and Harcourts sales consultants alike.
CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson, described Ms Aitken as the consummate real estate professional. “We are so very proud to have someone of the calibre of Alison for our whole team to follow as an example of excellence. Both as a realtor and as a person, Alison epitomises everything the Harcourts brand stands for.”
This morning’s ceremony was the final of the four regional awards held around the country this week as a build-up to the highly anticipated National Awards being held as part of Harcourts’ annual Conference in Christchurch 17-19 May 2004.
Ms Aitken has also been
Harcourts' No. 1 New Zealand Sales Consultant since 1999 and
Mr Thomson added that there was a lot of anticipation
regarding who would be announced top Sales Consultant for
2003-2004. “With so many of our offices and team members
having enjoyed an exceptional year and record achievements,
there’s a lot of anticipation as to who will be No. 1 for
Harcourts New
Zealand.”
