REMARKABLES PARK TO SPONSOR 2004 NZ PROPERTY INSTITUTE AWARDS

The 2004 NZ Property Institute awards will be sponsored by Queenstown property development company, Remarkables Park Ltd, it was announced today. Top performers from New Zealand's Property industry will be recognised at the awards which are to be held as part of the first joint New Zealand and Australian Property Institutes Conference, on 22 and 23 July.

Institute CEO, Conor English, said today, "The property sector plays a very important part in our economy and affects every New Zealander in some way. We need to acknowledge our academics, media, youth, innovators and professionals, who all contribute to our sectors success. We are pleased to have Remarkables Park join us in recognising those who achieve."

The awards to be presented include the Young Property Professional of the Year Award, the Journalism Award, the Academic Award, the Innovation In Property Award, and the premier Property Industry Award.

Remarkables Park managing director Alastair Porter said "Our company is delighted to be a sponsor of the conference and, in particular, to sponsor the awards recognising excellence in the profession".

Architecture and quality landscaping that celebrate the region and complement the stunning natural landscape are important components of the project.

The Remarkables Park site enjoys full sun year round and stunning, uninterrupted views of Coronet Peak and The Remarkables mountain range.
