Discounted Fuel at BP

Discounted Fuel at BP

BP is offering discounted petrol and diesel this weekend, with a promotion that runs from Friday until midnight Sunday evening.

Petrol prices at participating service stations will drop to 98.9 cents a litre for Unleaded 91, 103.9 for Premium Unleaded, while diesel drops to 52.9 cents a litre.

BP Managing Director Peter Griffiths said BP is rewarding customers for their loyalty throughout 2003 and aiming to attract new customers to BP.

“As well as discounted fuel, all AA members who swipe their AA membership card at participating BP service stations have the chance to win big prizes as part of Swipe Out!”

Swipe Out! is a BP promotion for AA members. Customers are automatically entered into a weekly draw for prizes including $10,000 cash, Toyota vehicles and holidays in Fiji, whenever their AA Membership Card is swiped at any participating BP service station.
BP Managing Director Peter Griffiths said this was a competitive move unrelated to the exchange rate and high international oil price.

Crude oil prices rose to their highest level since the Iraq war this week, reaching over US$30 per barrel.
