Sovereign Strengthens Operations Team with
New Appointment

Sovereign is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Collins as Senior Manager, New Business within the Operations Team.

Mark joins Sovereign from Liberata, a UK based business processing company, where he was the Innovations and Solutions Manager.

Simon Swanson, Sovereign Managing Director says this is a new role for the company, designed to bring world-class standards to Sovereign’s procedures.

“The specialist operations knowledge Mark has means he can look strategically at the new business processes Sovereign has, and in turn, how we can process applications faster to improve the service we offer to our clients.

“The significant operations and financial experience Mark has gained from working in the UK, Japan and New Zealand make him an excellent addition to our operations team. One of his key strengths is his capability in managing large scale business process improvements, including the implementation process.”

Mark has a law degree from Otago University and a MBA from the Open University in England.
