Charlie’s Sponsors Holmes

Charlie’s Sponsors Holmes

Two of New Zealand’s best-known brands are teaming up together.

New Zealand juice company, Charlie’s, founded by former All Black Marc Ellis has secured a fourteen month sponsorship deal of the Holmes programme on TV One.

Ellis believes it will further propel Charlie’s into the spotlight and give the company an edge over its competitors.

“Sponsoring Holmes is a perfect match for Charlie’s which is all about being 100% honest - and Paul is certainly that,” said Ellis.

“It’s a very exciting development for the company. When we started out four years ago we had nothing and would never thought a deal like this possible.”

Paul Holmes is delighted to be teaming up with Charlie’s saying it’s great to see a New Zealand company stepping in to take up this sponsorship.

“Charlie’s is set to become an institution, perfectly aligned with the Holmes programme which is a New Zealand institution,” said Holmes.

“Marc is a free-thinking person and I greatly admire the way he’s building his business.”

TVNZ’s Head of Sales Lauren James explained the pairing of the Holmes and Charlie’s brands was a positive combination for all concerned.

“It’s wonderful to be able to bring together two such well-known New Zealand brands like Holmes and Charlie’s. I think this is going to be a great example of the power of sponsorship and have every confidence it will result in resounding success for everyone.
