That averaged out over the month to: $27.37 million worth of property sales per day, or $1.1 million per hour. 111 property sales per day, or 4.6 property sales per hour (one every 13 minutes).
Harcourts International Ltd (Australia and New Zealand) also broke its July 2003 milestone of its first ever ‘billion dollar month’ by achieving more than 4,200 sales worth nearly $1.2 billion in September.
