Mary-Kate and Ashley end All Blacks' winning streak

New Zealand's World Cup All Black squad went head-to-head with American teen entrepreneurs Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen at a charity auction last week - and came off second best.

Eliciting bids from Young Variety's many supporters was an All Black training shirt signed by the 2003 World Cup squad. It eventually sold for $12100.

The shirt was followed by the auction of an autographed set of Mary-Kate and Ashley fashion dolls. The bidding openedstarted at $1,000 and quickly rose with the hammer finally falling at $2,000.

The evening was hosted by Young Variety ambassador Stacey Daniels and attended by more than 700 people including celebrities Katrina Devine, Erika Takacs, Kelly Swanson-Roe and one very very happybig Mary-Kate and Ashley fan.

Mary-Kate and Ashley are the names and faces behind the mary-kateandashley brand.
