Commercial Building Finalists Announced For 2003 Registered Master Builders Awards
A church, a casino, and a winery are three of the commercial buildings announced as finalists in the Registered Master
Builders 2003 Commercial Awards.
The Commercial Award finalists join the new home and renovation finalists in the House of the Year to find out who takes
top honours at the national gala event in Auckland on October 4.
Auckland builder Graham Coe joined Auckland architect Rolly Adams, and Wanaka Real Estate agent and former Silver Fern
Joan Harnett-Kindly on the road to scour the country, looking for the best in workmanship, innovation, and
functionality.
“The Commercial Awards are a welcome addition to the competition, a great opportunity for commercial builders to
showcase their work, and it was a bonus for us to witness such exceptionally high standards on such a large scale, and
across the diverse structures.”
“But now the hard work really begins as we have to select the winners, when they’re all winners in their own right,”
says Graeme Coe.
The Commercial Award finalists are divided into two categories, with five in the up to $1 million range, and six in the
over $1million range.
