Cadmus Moves Into Fast Forward
Cadmus Technology Limited (NZSE: CTL) today announced it had been selected for an Industry New Zealand programme supporting high growth potential businesses.
North Shore-based Cadmus Technology, as New Zealand’s largest manufacturer and exporter of payment (EFTPOS) terminals, is an ideal candidate for the Fast Forward programme, says Industry New Zealand business development advisor Julian Kroll.
“The Fast Forward programme assists selected companies to build capability and realise their potential for growth within a case management environment,” says Mr Kroll.
“Fast Forward ensures businesses with high growth potential, like Cadmus Technology, are able to access the necessary resources, networks and expertise necessary to accelerate expansion into their target markets.”
“We are delighted that Industry New Zealand has recognised Cadmus’ recent performance and asked us to join its Fast Forward programme,” says Ian Bailey, Managing Director, Cadmus Technology Ltd.
“Cadmus’ business model is based on developing and proving product in New Zealand, manufacturing domestically and distributing internationally, via an in-country distribution network. Being part of the Fast Forward programme will assist us in further building the international profile of our company, and solidify our position as New Zealand’s leading exporter of payment solution products.”
The Fast Forward programme enables selected companies to work intensively with a business development advisor who is knowledgeable about business assistance provided by different government agencies and the private sector. The business development advisor also works with the company to develop a growth strategy. This can include assistance from an expert advisor (paid jointly by the company and Industry New Zealand) to help raise capabilities in key areas of the company’s business.
“The
programme was developed in response to businesses who wanted
greater value, closer relationships and seamless integrated
delivery. Essentially it provides a one-stop shop for
businesses seeking assistance,” says Mr
Kroll.
