"Shell, Preussag Energie and Todd Energy filed an application with the Commerce Commission yesterday seeking
authorisation for joint marketing of gas from the Pohokura field. Appraisal and development of the Pohokura field is
proceeding as a joint venture activity of Shell, Preussag Energie and Todd Energy. Joint marketing of gas is considered
a necessary step in the early development of the Pohokura field."
