BP Drops Petrol Prices By 3 Cents
BP this afternoon dropped its petrol prices by up to three cents a litre at its company owned service stations nation-wide.
They will also drop their wholesale price – the price BP charges its independently-owned service stations – at midnight tonight.
The price drop will be less in parts of the country already enjoying discount pricing.
BP Managing Director, Peter Griffiths, said the drop was due to weaker product prices and a stronger New Zealand dollar.
Prices at most BP owned service stations in the main cities are now $1.03.9 for Unleaded 91 and $1.08.9 for Premium Unleaded.
Diesel prices remain unchanged.
